Dual flow shower heads

Hi, I've spent a long time looking online and asking around shops to see if we can get a dual flow shower mixer, one with a rain head type and one hand held where we can have both the shower heads flowing at the same time, I found and ordered the Mira ERD+ which is said to be able to do this, but unfortunately the connection pipes were 50mm and the shower we are fitting to has 150mm pipes with the holes on the tiles etc already cut and in place.
Does anyone know if such a thing exists?
Any responses very much appreciated!!

I've seen it on many concealed showers, but never an exposed one like you have.0

That's some pipe you've got there. Did you perhaps mean 15 mm? When I looked at the shower you specified it said inlet size was 15 mm.ptkloon said:Hi, I've spent a long time looking online and asking around shops to see if we can get a dual flow shower mixer, one with a rain head type and one hand held where we can have both the shower heads flowing at the same time, I found and ordered the Mira ERD+ which is said to be able to do this, but unfortunately the connection pipes were 50mm and the shower we are fitting to has 150mm pipes with the holes on the tiles etc already cut and in place.

I suspect that he/she means that the hot and cold pipes are spaced 150mm apart. 150mm centres is fairly standard in the UK for surface mounted showers. Concealed showers often have smaller centres.Le_Kirk said:

OP, am I correct? You have existing pipes at 150mm centres and you want to fit a shower requiring 50 mm centres?
You will need to either find a shower with 150mm centres or modify the existing pipework.
Can you make good afterwards with spare tiles if you have those?A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0 -
Well that makes more sense than a pipe with a diameter of 150 mm! The OP could have been clearer.Belenus said:
