EON ON MY REPORT... NO ACTIVE ACCOUNT 🙄

Hey All,
Looking to buy a house with my partner within the next year. Thought I would check out the credit report with ClearScore and noticed it had plummeted! Showing several missef payments to EON... I haven't used them for 2 years and had no outstanding money. I have contacted them and Equifax saying its an error. Anyone else heard of similar and managed to get it removed!? I am screwed otherwise...I wont get a mortgage with this incorrect credit report. 😭
