Villa plus refusing to refund

Hello
Due to the Covid Pandemic, we were unable to travel to Spain as planned.
I did not receive any communication whatsoever from VP, as promised on the website, prior to travel. I called on the 23rd August to assess the situation and was told by Karen Harmer that under the circumstances we would be issued with a full refund within 14 days.
After two weeks passed I communicated again with Karen who assured me that the refund was being processed and that there may be a delay.
Following further unanswered emails to both Karen and the customer service team, we received a partial refund on the 26th September for two of our flights. Also on this day we received an email thanking us for booking with you and wishing us a happy holiday?
I have today finally spoken to a representatives to be told that we are not due any further refunds.
I was told to email posttravelcomplaint@villaplus com but this has bounced back does anyone have the correct emails address please?
