Can anyone offer some advice?
Back story - I had a washing machine that was recalled and had to wait approx 6-8 weeks for a replacement. My new machine was delivered on the 30th January, it's now broken and I have been trying to get it fixed since the 18th September. Every time I make contact with Hotpoint they either tell me the part required is not in stock or arrange an appointment for an engineer to visit only for it to be cancelled a day later as the parts are not available. I have asked what their complaints policy is and also what their service level agreement is for timescales on repairs and I'm being met with a brick wall. I have requested a new machine and have been told they reserve the right to repair the machine I have. Since December I've literally had a machine I can use for about 80% of the time. I have also left messages on Trust Pilot, FB and sent a tweet.
I'm really fed up now.....
