Neighbour gutter overhangs over property we are buying

Yes you're right. Speaking from experience falling out with beighbours is no joke and can make your life living in the house really horrible especially when they are next door.MalMonroe said:

If you want a conservatory in your full boundary this presents a problem.
i would walk, simple.
I can only assume when the extension was done the nieghbours were friends and allowed this overhang and gutter link to happen.
You would also need to ensure the gutter is cleared. Also if/when the gutter fails and the neighbour doesn't want to fix it you would not only be left with struggling to build a full width conservatory but also constant dripping or overflowing of their gutter onto your side.2
