Left ESB energy a couple of months ago. Asked for the final bill to be sent to me via email over 2 weeks ago (as i can no longer log into my account), still no response.
Tbh, not the first issue i've had with them.

Don't think suppliers are allowed to do this now with DPA. Can you not contact them via a digital channel, ie. social media or webchat to chase up?0
