I do not think if fair to complain that a free service is only offered to those over the age of 55.

I expect they take the view that those under 55 are likely to have a family to support and may wish to change their will at a later date.

By the way, if you are on Income Support I believe that you can get a will written by a Solicitor for free. That was certainly the case a few years ago when I had my will written for free!

I expect they take the view that those under 55 are likely to have a family to support. All the more reason to make a will and to update it as circumstances change.
