Anyone know of a decent and simple web-based phone call service.
Go to website, log in, make a phone call from computer.
I'm after something I can use from lots of different computers that I'm hopping on an off. Can't be installing VoIP software on each one. Just wondered if a reliable entirely web-based option was out there, ideally that works via topping up rather than billing. Poptox seems to cut out regularly. Found a few dodgy old ones using java, but I'm sure there must be a browser-based easy way to do this...

Browser based? You can now use Skype on the web with no install required. See https://www.skype.com/en/free-conference-call/

If you exclusively jump between Windows 10 machines SkyPE is a standard install app in Windows 10. Just sign into that on each computer you use (remember to sign out afterwards!)

Why are you calling it SkyPE rather than Skype? (Just curious). Microsoft don't show it that way - they use Skype. skype.com/en/get-skype/0
