TANDEM BANK - 3% SAVINGS APP

I recently received an invitation from Tandem Bank to test their new savings App and if i was one of the lucky first 100 to sign up I would get a 3% return on a one year fixed savings account. Tandem emailed me and congratulated me on being one of the first 100 and invited me to download their 3% App-which i did straight away. The App didn't work - i spent a few days trying to sort it out with Tandem only to be told i could now, not have the promised 3% - no reason, no explanation! Sorry Tandem this is totally unacceptable - and, as i was going to invest over £40k into this account have lost a fair chunk of money!

They didn't even send the app download link to me just the one saying I had been selected and the link would be sent0

The 3% offer was limited to a maximum deposit of £85k.0
