Changing HDD that contains Microsoft OneDrive

As per title.
I've removed a 1TB HDD from my laptop and replaced it with a 2TB. Before I did so, I copied the entire contents of the 1TB to the 2TB so it was an exact copy. Then I swappped them. The issue is that my Microsoft OneDrive is linked to a partition on that drive. So now that the new drive is in, OneDrive is trying to sync approximately 450gb of data.
The new 2TB drive has the same letter and label as the one I removed. I also know both my OneDrive and local HDD are identical having copied the drive before changing.

How do I get OneDrive to recognise that the data is the same with out spending probably 2-3 days syncing and checking 450gb of data? Is it even possible?
Thanks
