Getting as much money as you can for your property - bad idea.
Not idea why anyone would use one of these companies over realistic or pricing cheaper at an Estate Agents.0 -

obvs need some capital to start off but the money will soon start rolling in.1 -
They're great, they will pay you 90% of full market value and you don't pay any agents fees or legal fees and get a quick sale.At least that's what they say they do.........I had other experience but posted about it here in answer to a similar question and was then threatened with legal action due to 'defamation' by one such company that had been mentioned in the thread (even though I didn't refer specifically to them).Go figure.0
