    2) revise cash offer down after"survey"

    3) revise offer down even further just at point of exchange.

    Depends on what you end game is. 

    Selling quickly at any cost to you - good idea.  
    Getting as much money as you can for your property - bad idea.

    Not idea why anyone would use one of these companies over realistic or pricing cheaper at an Estate Agents.

    No quite the opposite.
    Easy to set up and plenty of desperate sellers willing to be hooked in and ripped off.
    obvs need some capital to start off but the money will soon start rolling in.




  • They're great, they will pay you 90% of full market value and you don't pay any agents fees or legal fees and get a quick sale.
    At least that's what they say they do.........I had other experience but posted about it here in answer to a similar question and was then threatened with legal action due to 'defamation' by one such company that had been mentioned in the thread (even though I didn't refer specifically to them).
    Go figure.
