Booking Flights

I had a trip planned for March this year 2020, to go visit friends in Slovakia, the hotel has kindly moved my booking  to next year 2021.  I had my flights booked, was unable to get money back from airline, for numerous reasons they quoted, but I was able to claim it back through my credit card which I had paid on.  My question is if I book my flights again through credit card for 2021, and if I am unable to go again due to Covid, if I have the same issue with the airline in getting my money back will I be Abel to claim back from credit card again ? I plan in 2021 to fly a different route so will be with a different airline, first time was with Wizz Air, this time looking at Ryan Air.
Woful you advise booking now as they are cheaper, or what until nearer the time just incase restrictions are in place preventing me from going.

If you book a flight and it operates as scheduled then you will have no right to a refund from the airline or your credit card, regardless of any government restrictions at either end. 

The only that entitles you to a refund is if the airline cancels the flight.

Ryanair has been a nightmare as regards refunds I wouldn't book any flights for more than a week in advance at the moment.
