LTT holiday in Wales - will we miss it?

We will have completed in time for the deadline, but our build isn’t finished until April 2021. Does this mean we do, or don’t benefit from the holiday?

    "Completion" is what happens on the day you pay the price and get your keys (which is also the relevant date for LTT). I suspect you mean you will have exchanged before the deadline, unless you're really buying a half-built house?
