Aperture ... Help !!

We have been on our IVA since Dec 2013 ... started with Debt Free Direct ... who were then taken over by Aperture ... and now we have been told they have been taken over by a company called Jarvis Insolvency ... this was originally 6 years ..aperture said it was 7 ... none of the PPI I have found have been followed up by Aperture .. Jarvis have said until its all legal they can't advise ... HSBC and Santander will only deal with IVA company ... , we are not due to finish now until.june 2021 due to 3 month holiday because of Covid ... Can I claim the PPI ?? .. we have been treated so badly during this iva .. were with DEBT Management companies since 2010 ... its never ending ... Any help would be appreciated ... can they legally change companies without telling us until after ?? ... this will also be our 3rd Supervisor ... worse decision we ever made was to join an iva

Forget the PPI, the deadline has long since passed, and it would go straight to your creditors anyway, so its not even worth thinking of now, sorry.

Difficult i know when they chop and change IP`s like that, but stick with it, its almost done, make a complaint about the hassle if you want to feel a little more in control.

The ppi was done before the deadline , but they’ve not bothered to collect it ... so if they don’t want it , can’t see why I can’t have it ! ... but I know what you mean .. they have just been useless

Its a good point, but usually the company sending the redress make the payment, its not claimed as such by your IP.

But since Green v Wright, you have lost the right to any PPI anyway.
