Anyone experience with deed of covenant?

Well I think I am at my wits end.
I have been waiting Weeks for this deed of covenant To get sent to my solicitor from the management company (home group) this has been going on for weeks now. It’s paid for but the management company (home group) just hasn’t responded - once this is sent to us we are able to exchange so I’ve been literally waiting for weeks just for this.. I am so annoyed there’s nothing I can do except sit and wait every day and hope it’s been sent that day.
Has anyone here had experience of deed of covenant or advise on how to chase it myself ???
I’m FTB in no chain and on week 16 with no completion date... so angry.

Management companies are notorious for being incompetent unfortunately. Had same problem when i purchased my house (different management company though). Usually charge you a large sum for the privilege as well. I guess you could try and get hold of the management companies contact details and try and chase it yourself - solicitors might be too busy to bother doing it themselves.0

So who would I need to speak to though I know the company but can’t find the right worker...0

What's it for?Almost certainly this is something the seller needs to chase as it is they that has the legal relationship with the manco.0

We have both paid for it so god knows vendor insists it was sent to us weeks ago but my solicitor has paid them too and says she is still waiting this is why I’m trying to find out the process ...
or who to contact to find out0 -

It’s for me obviously once I’ve bought it. The seller already has a deed I need one for me before I can exchange.. that’s not my question though0

Update . Still waiting for the deed of covenant to be able to exchange.
Took it in my own hands today to contact the management company - apparently I should hear back within 1 working day so I guess today or Monday. I’ve emailed my solicitor they are probably not happy that I have done this... I’m fed up though 4 months of conveyancing and no completion date?!
