Sending package to Iraq

Hello, I am selling a miniature dolls house and some-one has asked me how much would it be to ship the item to Iraq. Would anyone have any advice as to who to use please? The cost of the item would be £250 before postage costs. Thank you

Personally if this is a sale via an auction site I wouldn’t be considering it due to potential delays and damage. Also, have you checked if buyer is aware and happy to pay all and any import duties taxes and costs in his own country?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. How miniature? Don't forget this is likely to go through many handling stages, items could be stacked on top and it maybe
loaded on its side or even upside down even if you mark it this way up.
It may need a very strong crate surrounding it.

Is this an Ebay sale? If you have GSP enabled you would only have the risk of sending it domestically and they would take on the risk after it is accepted at their UK centre.

Getting it to Iraq is a risk, the chances of a SNAD are just to high, this is best sold face to face on the likes of Gumtree where they pay cash and you don't see them again.0
