Abbey Compliant leads here...

Options
Hi all,
I recently had some very poor service from Abbey at a local branch with potentially very worrying consequences for myself and my own security.

I have the branch managers name who I'm going to be writing to but I wanted to find the regional manager covering Devon so I could also copy them in. I rang their help line and first time round, a chap after some time gave me a name which I googled and it lead me to this web sites home page!

I rang a second time and a different chap told me it was against policy for them to give it out...May be the first person was actually going against policy and really being helpful!

Is it posible someone could e-mail / PM me the regional managers name and contact address. I really am getting sick and tired of some of Abbeys staff and when it has the potential to result in my own safety being compromised I feel it needs to go higher.

Many thanks in advance.

Why bother with regional managers - just go straight to the top.
