Yes this is very clear to me now. But the question is ..Is is worth educating him on this now..? As at any case none of these will change even if he says its US law. I am going ahead with the purchase anyway. So he agrees or Not immaterial now.0

If you push it, he'll probably just say 'oh but easement by implication isn't an official term, but now you mention Section 62 of the Law of Property Act 1925 I know exactly what you mean and did all along.'. If you're friendly, you can have that conversation, but frankly I'd just concentrate on getting your transaction done.1
