    The re-fill pressure sounds much slower than what I'm used to. As soon as the boiler kicks back in, I stop filling it.

    @Jeepers_Creepers - Located the copper pipe earlier. Just been outside to check and its dripping quickly.
  • In which case, you know what to do... :-)

    Worst case - new EV, PRV and new gauge. 

    Best case - recharge EV, clean PRV and new gauge.

    You can even run these scenarios past any GasSafe you call up for a quote, so they can give you a worst-case 'ballpark'. In case they suck air through their teeth at the mention of the boiler make, perhaps go straight to the manufacturer's service folk first as in that link before.
