Google My maps plotting wrong town for post code

Hi
When making a new my maps i have every thing listed in Excel and the correct Post codes yet when i create a new map i get one of the plotted post code locations in the wrong town 
Everytime i make a minor adjustment to the entry and try again it comes up with another different plotted post code in the wrong town but always the same wrong town.
M2 2AR, M2 3AN  etc all get plotted at OL9 9LH
I am using the desktop and windows 10  
The Map is for rough sleepers in Manchester i also have one for all the services that rough sleepers can find help.

    don’t really know but, is that the approx location of your isp? Try turning off allow you location , guessing really

    I am based in Radcliffe GM 
    The exchange is in Radcliffe also 
    My ISP is talktalk
    Not sure how I turn off my location on the desktop

    https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-location-tracking-windows-10 may help, I guess you are near OL9 9LH, also I note that row 1 has no Postcode it may be that ??

    I am in M26 area about 10 miles from Oldham.
    Row 1 from what I understand is needed for the column tires.
    I followed a video when I first made a map.
    But I finally managed to produce a map just not complete yet.

    Yes that's what I am after.
    But that's the problem I'm not 100% certain what I did different apart from deleting my history and running ccleaner and taking a few hours break. 😹
    Then creating the map again and checking everything was where it was supposed to be after I altrred something
    But I noticed when I altered an icon colour or shape one of the locations moved but after deleting and creating a few more new maps I got it correct just pure luck I think..
    I have asked on Google maps forumwhy I am having this issue.
    Soon as I get a response I will come back on here
