Virgin Media TV downgrade confusion

I am trying to reduce the cost of our Virgin Media package. We have a customer loyalty reduction, but this is coming to an end in December. Probably the best way is to reduce the TV package as there is a lot of channels that never get used. The current TV package we are on is “Full House” which is an old package I think. The current TV packages are confusing me though.

On the Virgin media website it says  Mixit TV + Drama & Docs - 190 channels. When you click through to see the listed channels the options are:

Big 111 channels

Big + Drama 144 channels

Bigger 215 channels

Bigger + Movies 239 channels

Ultimate Oomph 251 channels

When you try to build your own package down the bottom the options are:

Mixit TV

Maxit TV

Then you have the option to add:

Entertainment & Documentaries

Entertainment & Drama, Entertainment & Lifestyle

Entertainment & Sport Lite

Where is Mixit TV + Drama & Docs? What is the most basic TV with the HD channels that would be on Freeview like BBC, Channel 4 and ITV? Is there a basic TV Package?

Thanks

Forget all that for the moment, figure out what channels you watch the most of.
If you just watch the BBC, ITV and their sister channels, those are all on Freeview, its pointless paying for Virgin and the TIVO thing, the entire iPlayer/Hub is available elsewhere.

Main channels plus Film4 sometimes channels like Sky Arts or NatGeo if there is something there, but not regular at all. News channels are nice to have and rarely sports for the snooker!
Quite often record lots of channels at once, stream recordings or use Netflix which is why the TiVo is nice to have.

    In HD?
Part of the issue is, Virgin always say that if the TV is downgraded then it will cost more...
