Cater Allen IT failures - alternative business bank?

CaterAllen Private Bank still has a malfunctioning IT system - I still can no long sync my online account with my Quickbooks software.  Cater Allen's major IT migration failed at launch (in 2019) and they are a year on and no further on in solving the issues.  They list the 3rd party software that does work, but admit their new systems don't sync with the two most popular : Sage and Intuit Quickbooks and they have no idea when it will.    It is very poor to launch without testing properly, but to switch off the old system as well seems like incompetence.   Are any customers still with them?  I'm minded to close my account and move off to Starling... after 24 years as a Cater Allen (formerly Flemings Bank) customer.  Any recommendations?

They are doing upgrade this weekend. Maybe check after weekend to see if there's any improvement.

Does it not use the Santander system?

I never seen Santander system, but I don't think so. You can't make instant payments and systen is very basic, which I don't mind.

I use Starling for two businesses and haven't had any issues. For one business I use Bokio for accounts, which it integrates with nicely.

Have you checked Cater Allen system after upgrade? It's moved into 21st century with instant transfers. Maybe downloading transactions is better too.
