it stays shared if that is what the deed says, irrespective of who replaced it. if you tell her you share her fence, then you may have to get her permission to allow you to replace the fence and also destroy out of spite as it is partly hers so you won't be able to sue her.0

My understanding is yes if you put up the fence it’s legally yours. Not saying it’s correct.Initial mortgage bal £487.5k, current £238k, target £122k (quarter way!)
