Hi
Since last night the sky bo has been playing up as above. We switched it off when we went to bed at 2am
We rebooted the sky remote but probles still there
Main problems, a very big lag for it to change channels almost a minute, then at times sign reading 'technical problem' and the sound is delayed when the channel first appears.
There is no techincal problem with a channel it shows on al channels every so often, so it is the box i think.
Hope you can help read and tried messages on Google but no difference
TIA

For Sky+HD, unplug the box from the wall.Hold down the Backup button on the box (not the remote), and reconnect the power. Keep holding the button down until you see a message on the screen "Updating System Software". Four lights should come on on the front of the box. Leave it for a while. The box will eventually restart and go back into standby mode (amber light). Give it five minutes to do what it wants to do, then press Sky on the remote to switch it on. Light should turn green and you should still have access to your recordings and EPG (may lag slightly until it catches up, but after that should be okay).Note that Sky+HD boxes do not need to be switched off at the wall, they can be left in standby (amber light), they're designed to be left in standby.0

Sky+HD removes programmes from Deleted after 60 days automatically.
