Costs seem in the ballpark, albeit at the slightly upper end. However, that reflects the small value. You could get that initial charge down but it's unlikely you will get cheaper on the annual Indeed, many IFAs would not offer services as the figure is low and others may set a higher fee to act as a passive blocker (they don't really want you as a client so set a fee level that they hope will put you off but if it doesn't then you still pay their going rate. i.e. if they can service 250 clients a year, then they would rather have 250 clients with more than £250k. If you have £50k they will want you to pay similar to someone with £250k).

Tulips. You cannot beat Tulips for investment. Nothing can possibly go wrong. And they boomed massively in the past so will do so again.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). sadly the great tulip bubble tale as told in hushed tones from old jobber to young broker on dark winter evenings in times of yore, now seems to be largely unfounded, according, that is, to the wiki article here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulip_mania
i am severely disappointed! whatever next? will it prove untrue that a swan's wing can not in fact break a grown man's leg? i very much fear to consult mr google on the topic lest one more cherished childhood illusion be shattered!
