Principality BS online banking log-in problems ?

Are any other Principality customers having issues logging in to their account ?
I've been accessing my account regularly up until yesterday, with no issues with the log-in details or security code. It now doesn't say anything is incorrect - just takes me back in a loop to the starting log-in screen after the security code is entered, with no way of accessing my accounts.

Thanks - good to know it's not just me. I've stopped trying for now as I didn't want to unintentionally lock myself out of my account.
The 'My account' section is 'new and improved' according to their tweet on the 2nd Oct - hopefully just a temporary problem.0 -

Possibly a glitch when using Chrome to access.
Try another browser.
I couldn't get in with Chrome, but ok with Edge.

I logged in on Monday and was asked to re-set my security questions, but after that it worked fine.

Ah, thanks - it was exactly the same for me. As Chrome seems to have been the 'go to' browser of choice for many years, it never even occurred to me to try an alternative.interest_Ted said:Possibly a glitch when using Chrome to access.

Funnily enough, this forum doesn't always display as it should using Chrome on PC for me - I often scroll down and end up with blank pages that need refreshing in order to display correctly.0 -
