Laundry room extractor

Hi, im sectioning off part of my kitchen to make a utility room. It will have its own door, washer/dryer (never use the dryer setting) and a radiator. There will be no window. Do i need to have external extraction to air dry clothes in there? Currently we dry in the hallway on a clothes horse, but granted its a much bigger space.

To dry clothes efficiently you would need a source of heat and air circulation.
I have no extractor or radiator in my utility cupboard. Heat from the hot water cylinder provides warmth and encourages air circulation. When drying clothes I leave the door open.
