What are these screws/fittings for upvc door called

One of these large screws with an allen key hole is missing from my front door frame where the handle lock goes and I’m now having trouble getting the door handle far enough up to lock the door due to the metal plate moving I presume.
I cant find anything online so hoping someone can help

Looks like some sort of cam adjusting screw I doubt you will be able to buy one on its own plenty of mullenco supplies online do you know who installed may be approach them0
