yeah been about a month of replying back & forth with no result,
All they keep telling me is both back for store credit, £30 or like for like Replacement as agent said item is out of stock/won't come back in stock at all, (Another agent said I can have direct replacement) 2 conflicting answers.
Each time I have told them straight no store credit, I only want £52.5 or straight swap for non faulty unit within 2-3 months.
I have emailed them again (Yesterday) saying
Hi there
I am happy with Exact Direct Replacement only within time frame of 2-3 months, If this is acceptable please let me know when you can collect the damaged unit and the replacement can be delivered..
If they say longer than 3 months e.g 4-8 months for the replacement, then I will tell them I want to send both back for a full refund no store credit...
as I think that time frame of 4-8 months is totally unacceptable and will go else where...
Hopefully they will listen to my offer this time as seems reasonable
