    Thankyou for that advice
  • Also I wrote on another post about Armtrac’s office and where it keeps data (in hard copy format as per the DVLA’s requirements) as it could be a massive breach of GDPR for everyone who has received a PCN.  If you ask and let us know I can pop along and check !

The V forms are for paper access to the DVLA database , so not an electronic link access , so the old paper access method

The so called log book is a V5 , currently on version C , so a V5C log book , but still a V form

The Kadoe is the contract that allows direct electronic access to the DVLA database to the companies who have that contract , so the contract that allows direct database access , no paperwork , no snail mail , just login and do a look up for a VRM , checking the V5C online , no paperwork

Well just look what I found via Google in 0.42 seconds. Amazing.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No it is not.  Parking companies have to keep hard copies of all correspondence it sends  (via the post - eg NTK, chasing letters) for 2 years or more.  Section 22 attached (far right) and I do have the benefit of a court hearing with the DVLA 🙃.
Everyone reading - ask where the hard copies of all documents relating to your case are stored.

You keep missing off the far right column
Whcih states how they gain access
Which is through the V888/3 paper process and has nothing to do with the KADOE agreement which we know does not have this requirement.
