Authorised signatory credit check business bank account

Does anyone know whether adding another authorised signatory to a business bank account will be rejected if they have a poor credit rating before we complete paperwork?

From a pure due diligence point of view i would not be giving someone with debt issues access to company finances, to do so would be at best regarded as negligent.
