I switched to M&S in January 2020 (or thereabouts, just as the offer was ending) and I got the first gift card, can't remember the amount was it £100?
I'm sure there was another part of the offer where if you have 4 x DD and pay in £1250 every month you get a second gift card. anyone have the details?

correct, never thought of googling it! £80 gift card after a year if you meet the requirements (for 10 of the 12 months)
