    Annemos. A big thank you. This is a very interesting article. I will provide this to my Broker and post back how I get on.

    Well that did the trick! Thanks. RSA have reinstated the subsidence cover to my insurance at renewal. My Broker worked very hard for me too. Kind regards

    Thanks to Annemos and her link to ABI, a very good Broker  combined with a sensible Underwriter from RSA (who took into account my 30 year loyalty to RSA), my renewal will now include subsidence cover as before.
