Smaller areas could take longer than larger, regular shaped, areas, due to the extra cutting involved.3 days work including the grouting? Sounds fair enough to me.0

Around £25-35 per square metre dependant on the type and size of the tile is a fair guide to use.

The floor area was 8m².
I charged £250 + materials.
The total was £295.00
I would say your price is fair if that includes adhesive, grout and spacers/levellers with you supplying the tiles.

Thanks for answer.
Do you think, tiler should remove the toilet/pedestal first as the floor would be raised by around 16mm[STRIKE]Deposit: 25000!!/15000[/STRIKE] Homeowner :j
