The bottom line is that you accepted the rescheduled date, then cancelled with less than 10 working days' notice. That's covered in their refund policy - you get a refund in the form of a credit note. I can only see you have a case for a credit card refund if they are no longer offering the course, but it's you cancelling, not them.0

If they haven't complied with their obligations under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations then you may have up to 1 year and 14 days to cancel for a full refund.
