Exactly which consumer rights would you likely wish to enforce ?The payments are Direct Debits so are protected.They are agents of whoever they take payments for so any complaints would go to there.And it is hardly as if they hide who or where they are.Yes, I have e-mails from them and it is very clear who they are from and who they are acting on behalf of.I am sure there are much more important things you could get your blood pressure raised over !

If you look at the e-mails to which you refer, I'm fairly certain that you will find that very few, or even possibly none of them, contain all of the identity information that is legally required.However, I wish you well if you ever need to enforce your consumer rights in the County Court.2
