British Gas Trio II in home display unit
Hello does anyone have British Gas smart meters with the Trio II IHD? I have the app but cannot opt into live energy to be able to see the live usage in the app. Is anybody able to see live energy on the app? I cannot get any sense out of British Gas, some of the call agents are not even aware of the app and others say that it is not even a feature they offer in the app. On the display if I go to system status it says there is an error in the cloud service, status 41 waiting for cloud service connection

The live energy option has now gone from the app but cloud service is now showing as connected. I also have Hive and what I do now see in the Hive app is a heating history graph which tells me when the heating is on but BG want you pay £3.99 a month for Hive heating plus which will give more information including costs

Live Energy is still not working but the app now shows up to date hourly energy use. This never used to happen when the immediate energy use was not showing in the app. I don't know if this data comes from the smart meters or the in home display via WiFi. The app still shows last meter readings at 13.12 on 30 December 2020. It is now 20:35.0

The live energy has never worked for me despite numerous calls and chats. I cannot see the meter readings on the app and the option to opt in to live energy on the app has dissapeared. I have given up trying to get it to work now
