Hi all, recently rec'd e mail from EE my package (mobile/Home broadband/EE TV) saying my contract has finished and the price woild go up by approx £12.00 a month. Went on line and foubd that for extra £2 a month from my old price could get quicker speed, but the application did not mention anything about the tv, I assumed that that would stay the same it was just the broadband that was changing. Few days later got a package from EE that contained a pre addressed envelope asking to return my EE tv box as I wantrd to leave EE for TV services, as this was not the case phoned EE only to be advised that EE TV was "closing" in March, I then requested that my contract be returned to my old package, the matter was then refered to a team leader who later replied that this could not be done, wanted the tv box back or I would face a fine of £160 ish. I feel that ee have been a bit sly about the whole thing about losing the EE TV service, does any one have ideas about next steps I can take? Thanks on advance

hardly sly:Believe you can only get EE TV when you're with EE. If you're moving away the TV goes.0
