Furniture has not arrived - rattan world

Hi, I as hoping for some advice. I ordered garden furniture from ‘rattan world’ in June. The website I ordered stated that it would be in stock mid July and delivered shortly afterwards. Come mid July I hadn’t heard anything and when I emailed them they just keep saying there were delays due to ‘covid’ and They promised my furniture would be delivered. This went on for a few weeks then they said them item had not arrived yet but would be in stock at the end of aug. By the start of September I still had not heard anything. I then emailed asking for a full refund and then instantly received a email saying it had been dispatched and I would receive it with 10 working days. When it didn’t I again asked for a refund, which they ignored saying the delivery should be with me any minute now. I emailed them over a week ago explaining that they were breaching the consumer act 2015 and they promised to chase up the delivery, I haven’t heard anything else.
I used my debit card to purchase this 😕. Would anyone have an advice about how to get my refund as my furniture still hasn’t arrived and it’s pretty much winter so won’t get the use of it anyway. Rattan world have had numerous recent bad reviews on trustpilot recently. I wish I’d checked it before ordering!

Speak to your card provider to see what options they suggest.
It may be pretty much winter, but I suspect spring and summer will follow. Presumably you weren't going to use it this summer and then throw it away?0 -
