In May this year my friend got the insurance company to repair CH system. Man came and left, two days later kitchen was wet through with water dropping from light fitting.
They came back to rectify and caused more leaks. Kitchen still damaged.

Any advice on the above, eg no win no fee?
Have you used one, any good?
Looking for Huddersfield area where my friend lives.
Thanks,
Fortyfoot

The loss adjustor is appointed by the insurance company to handle your claim. It's a not a 'no win no fee' situation.
Call your insurance company and tell that the claim is still not resolved.

The repair was organised by the insurance company, they used Homeserve!

So what is their best option, is it a no win no fee solicitor? Thanks.
