Had to reset and re register on the app with an SMS code. This failed the first time but take two was successful.

PS: Just logged into online banking although it was very slow in connecting each login page.

I haven‘t tried online, just the app. It took quite a while to log in and it‘s very sluggish doing anything in it, even just displaying account details
  • I’ve had all kinds of problems with various browsers (internet explorer, edge, chrome and firefox).
TBF I haven’t used online for ages and always login via the app but I noticed that  the browsers are reporting a flash component be being blocked. Is it possible that TSB have made a change that requires flash? I thought that people were moving away from that due to security risks?

Nope, it's not Firefox. I logged on this morning with no difficulty. I use Firefox.

Flaky as usual, down message then try again OK. Can't get in with the app.
edit:  Force stopped the app and tried again and eventually got in - very slow so I suspect they do have some problems.

Latest message from TSB when trying to log in.

We're really sorry that you can't get into Internet Banking at the moment. We're working to get it back up and running as soon as we can
