    In which case the correct action is to tell amazon what opccured and not tjust open a return and hope to pass the pain on as OP appears to have done. Yes not all returns are properly checked hence the issue, but opening a return for incorrect item sent seems scammy to amazon as well if it gets checked ( and warehouse returns probably may be more likely to be?).

    Warehouse = Amazon
    Marketplace = 3rd party.

    You have the same rights with Amazon Warehouse as you do with Amazon, it's just their way of getting rid of customer returns.  It really needs to be clarified who the vendor was before anyone can offer advice.

    Can you please answer the rather quite important question already posted. Did you buy this directly from Amazon or Amazon Marketplace seller?

    So, rather that state the "truth", you lied on the return reason to get a free return? To be honest, there is a pattern of new posters on here who always seem to have issues with really expensive items from Amazon not being delivered. Curious.
