I've seen thousands of posts about shonky online travel agents - and having a flight booked with Netflights via Virgin to New York in September I was worried I'd get the same runaround as everyone else.
Thankfully I needn't have worried - Netflights refunded just a couple of weeks after the travel date, in full with no fees etc.
No I don't work for them etc, yes I would use them again.
Big thumbs up from me and a sharp contrast to the stories I'm reading of lastminute.com and the rest!
