THE PRIZE

1. The prizes available will consist of the following:

   1. 5 entrants will be awarded a hotel stay and Hunter boots, allocated to them by the Promoter
   2. A 3 - night ‘Taste of the Bay’ stay at Watergate Bay, Cornwall for 2 people & 2 pairs of Hunter Original tall boots

      1. dinner on each night and breakfast on each morning of stay;
      2. The stay is subject to availability, and all school holidays and UK bank holidays are blacked out
      3. The stay must be taken by the 31 March 2021
   3. A 2 - night stay at Lainston House in a traditional junior suite for 2 people & 2 pairs of Hunter Balmoral boots

      1. breakfast on each morning of stay, with a 3 course dinner included on 1 evening
      2. The stay is subject to availability, all Saturday nights and UK bank holidays are blacked out
      3. The stay must be taken by the 31 March 2021
   4. A 2 - night stay at Glencoe House in a suite for 2 people & 2 pairs of Hunter Balmoral boots

      1. breakfast on each morning of stay, with a 3 course dinner included on 1 evening
      2. The stay is subject to availability, all UK bank holidays and 24 December 2020 - 3rd January 2021 are blacked out
      3. The stay must be taken by the 31 March 2021
   5. A 2 - night stay at The Merchant Hotel, Belfast for 2 people & 2 pairs of Hunter Play Short boots

      1. breakfast on each morning and a three course dinner in Berts Jazz Bar
      2. One 45 minute back, neck & scalp massage per person
      3. The stay must be booked Sunday - Thursday, is subject to availability and all UK bank holidays are blacked out
      4. The stay must be taken by the 31 March 2021
   6. A 2 - night stay at The Bird, Bath for 2 people & 2 pairs of Hunter Chelsea boots

      1. breakfast on each morning
      2. Afternoon tea on the day of arrival
      3. Dinner on one night with a bottle of selected wine
      4. The stay is subject to availability, all UK bank holidays are blacked out including 24 December 2020 - 2 Jan 2021
      5. The stay must be taken by the 31 March 2021

   These stays are subject to availability and any government guidelines/restrictions in place at the chosen destination (which may affect the availability of facilities at the hotel), as well as the booking terms and conditions of Secret Escapes which can be viewed at www.secretescapes.com/terms-and-conditions. The Hunter boots are subject to availability, an alternative boot may be offered if the promoted boot is unavailable.
2. For entrants who win a hotel stay, all stays must be completed by 31 March 2021. In the event that:

   1. You are unable to travel due to:

      1. contracting COVID-19;
      2. Being required to self-isolate pursuant to government guidelines; or
      3. Being resident in an area subject to government restrictions to combat the spread of COVID-19, out of which travel is not permitted; or
   2. Your chosen hotel is closed, or travel is not permitted to its vicinity due to government restrictions to combat the spread of COVID-19, the Promoter will arrange either an alternative hotel or an alternative date of stay as soon as possible after such circumstances are no longer applicable.
3. In the event of circumstances beyond our control the Promoter is not responsible for delays in travel.
4. Promoter reserves the right to publish name, town and county of the winner or to publicise any prize giving presentation after the date of the draw. If the winner does not wish such details to be published, they must advise the promoter at time of being notified that they have won.
5. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be substituted for the prizes on offer. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
6. The winner must claim the prize no later than 7 days after the winner has been informed.
7. If the winner rejects or fails to claim the prize on time in accordance with clause 16 the prize may be awarded to other entrants at the absolute and sole discretion of the promoter.
