The thing is though with this site they are completely bonkers with their T&C's. They make no mention at all regarding the CCR's or consumer rights and their terms are illegal. Getting them to play ball though is going to be a nightmare and a bit research into the company may have been wiser than just buying from them.
As a quick way to explain it, it's basically like the order is made up of lots of little contracts that are all linked & compiled into a bigger contract.
Think about it. If the regulations required you to cancel the whole order, what would happen if you happened to throw in 1 item which was either exempt from the right to cancel or where the right to cancel would be lost?
