Moving out before completion day - any thoughts?

We are downsizing to a new property which isn’t due to be ready until the end of November (maybe) so we are moving in with family. The buyers want to move on 16th October and we have a house clearance booked for early in the week and removals and storage booked for 15th. We are going to go ahead anyway though I am getting very little sleep at the moment worrying over everything that can go wrong.1

Going ahead with completing on your sale I presume (or letting the buyers in early)?Caramac said:We are downsizing to a new property which isn’t due to be ready until the end of November (maybe) so we are moving in with family.
