Opinion on which student accomidation to go for

Have a choice between a very small room in a modern(100 or so years old) nice decoration and furniture, and living with 3 gorgeous girls. about 10-15 minutes from campus. Beautiful walk into town past 2 canals and the racecourse and a beautiful hotel and leads right into the centre of town.

Other place is in a massive house, massive room, but not very modern except the bathrooms(and there is 2 both with showers and baths!) nice decoaration but very old as I say, very studenty, and less than 5 minutes from campus(more like 3)

Walk into town isnt as nice but takes me right into the market and main town library

Both are around same price, one is £280 for 4 weeks and other is £294 for a calendar month

  • You have described the first with more passion.
I think you should go for that.
Just don't be a lech to the girls and you'll have more luck

P.S. the £280 every four weeks will cost you £112 more per year than the £294 pcm

What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.
