Opening business bank accounts on hold

I'm trying to open a business bank account as a sole trader but all of the banks I've tried have holds on opening any business bank accounts. They all say they will advise when they'll start taking new applications - some advise around mid December. I don't want any loans or anything I just want to keep my business trading separate from my personal joint account. Even Starling advise I have to open a personal account first and then the option to open a business account MAY become available when they start reopening applications. Any advice welcome.
