    At least the OP understood.
  • Have you attempted to do the equalization move on the web? I'm "nearly" sure that I have recently moved an obligation from my significant other's Santander card to my Halifax. Will be in any event 3 years prior now so rules may surely have changed or you may need to mark a container concurring that the other card is in the same name, however
For those wondering what sort of mental nonsense this is - it's the good old 'google translate a post into another language and back again' approach to post building.

Yet it looks so real compared to the original!
Have you tried to do the balance transfer online?  I'm "almost" certain that I have previously transferred a debt from my wife's Santander card to my Halifax.  Will be at least 3 years ago now so rules may indeed have changed or you might have to tick a box agreeing that other card is in same name but ...

Close, but not close enough for me to recognize it! 🤣🤣🤣
  • Hi All,
Thanks so much for your help, Just thought I would update you.
We tried to put it through over the phone, and after initially being told no by virgin - they checked with their manager and it worked - I haven't told Halifax yet.

I still have a complaint open with them as the delays caused me to get another months interest payment - but at least I have now done what I wanted to do eventually and have 20 months to pay it off now.

I would still like to know why they lied about the change in the Law - dishonest people - I actually felt quite harassed by his approach to the topic, and then to have it missrepresented, and the transaction be fine anyway.  But then I don't want them to try to recall it now I've managed to transfer it sucessfully!.
