Anyone reading this and still having problems? There is a post somewhere by the Webmaster. I won't post a link of course in case it doesn't work for you, so here is what he says:

Hi folks,

What we really need are IP addresses from you if you're having trouble getting through.

Any easy way to find out is to go to www.whatismyip.com

If you could copy and paste this number into an e-mail and send it to [EMAIL="siteproblems@moneysavingexpert.com"]siteproblems@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL], it would help us a great deal.
